Ediltecnica was called for the consolidation of the submerged foundations of the villa, formed by high stone block walls. A trapezoidal reinforced concrete wall was created that ran parallel to the whole side of the submerged façade; micro piers were then joined together by a crowning beam, connected to the wall with passing banquette.
